TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our goal at Richard's is to provide quality products at reasonable prices. IF for any reason, we fail to meet your standards - RETURN IT!
We will accept for credit any merchandise within 30 days of billing. All merchandise must be unused and its original carton. Obsolete, abused, non-stocked, or engraved items may receive credit at the discretion of Richard's.
When you return merchandise: PLEASE CALL US FOR A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
We need to know:
- 1) Reason for return
- 2) Invoice Number and Purchase Order Number
- 3) Catalog Number and Quantity
A copy of the invoice or purchase order would be appreciated and will facilitate processing.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We strongly urge you to contact us immediately. Your prompt attention will ensure that the difficulties you encountered will not affect others. Please save the defective product and its packaging and record lot numbers if applicable.
SHORT SHIPMENTS
We must be notified of short shipments or items shipped in error within 15 days of billing.
